In addition, determine the overall level of customer satisfaction and determine service aspects that need to be prioritized. This study is a descriptive study using primary data obtained from the questionnaire results of 200 samples. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The analysis method uses gap analysis, CSI, and IPA. The results of the study show that according to the gap analysis, all service attributes have a negative value with an average of -0.35. Based on CSI , the overall satisfaction level of BRImo application users is 78.68%. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from company records in 2023 and secondary data. This research is quantitative descriptive research using interview and observation data collection techniques. In addition, data analysis strategies utilizing the total cost, reorder point, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approaches are employed. The study's findings suggest that employing the EOQ method to regulate the supply of soybean raw materials is a more efficient approach than following business policy. With the EOQ method, companies can determine the optimal number of orders and constant purchasing frequency. The total inventory cost using company policy is Rp 2,852,272, while using the EOQ method the total inventory cost is Rp 1,021,757. This study aims to test the accuracy of the accuracy of the measurement model with the data collected, with a large sample 338 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using IBM SPSS Amos 24 software. SEM is also known as a two-step approach consisting of a measurement model test and also a structural model test. All indicators for each variable in this study have a loading factor value above 0,3 which indicates convergent validity is met. In the Entrepreneurial Financing Choice variable, the third indicator has the highest value of 0,962 and the first indicator has the lowest value of 0,435. In the Social Capital variable, the seventh indicator has the highest value of 0,858 and the fourth indicator has the lowest value of 0,395.
